Donations

Protective Mother's Justice solicits and accepts gifts that are consistent with our mission and support our core programs including special projects throughout the year.  Forms of support in donations will generally be accepted from individuals, partnerships, corporations, government agencies, foundations and other entities subject to the following limitations. 

MATTRESSES/ BABY CRIB MATTRESSES 

Due to health regulations any mattress must be brand new still in plastic wrap in order for PMJ to accept it as a donation.

UNDERWEAR- cannot be accepted as a donation unless brand new in package.

VEHICLES -will only be accepted with a valid title that is clear, paid for and not salvaged. Please also proof of Ownership- driver's license matches title or death certificate of owner in the event a loved ones vehicle is being donated.

FURNITURE - we cannot accept furniture that has been in a home where bed bugs were present.  All furniture for safety reasons must be free & clear of broken handles, chipped or slivered. Couches & Recycliners must be in good condition rip free. All furniture must come from a smoke free home.

TVs- cannot be older than 3 years.

CAR SEATS - Baby car seats will not be accepted unless they are in like new condition and still within safety regulations or 2 years.

SHOES - All shoes donated must be new or in like new condition. Souls must be in tack without uneven wear, insoles should be free of a black layering, holes and have some life left in them.

3- Gifts of real property, personal property or securities can only be accepted after being reviewed by The Board  along with legal counsel and/or financial advisor.

4- In addition to it's Fundraising activities Protective Mother's Justice accepts monetary donations, real property, personal property or in kind services
